My first attempt at paleo birthday cake almost ended in disaster. It was very flat, probably because of the baking powder. But it tasted good, and I made it a double layer one. The recipe is from Living Spot, who is much better at this than me! I know…. practice makes perfect!  And it definitely tasted good.
