I love peanut butter! So this is a favourite. Mix two cups of peanut butter and two eggs. It’s messy, I won’t lie! Make balls and place on a baking tray and flatten for cookies. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. They are soft when they come out, but harden as they cool. Try not to eat them all at once.
